Data Sources

The raw data tables Teramot connects to from your databases, ERPs, CRMs and APIs. Each table from a source system counts as one data source.

Storage

The total volume of data stored in your managed Data Lakehouse. Includes both ingested raw data and transformed Results Tables.

Frequently asked questions

Does my data leave my company?
No. On Starter and Growth plans, data is encrypted in transit to our environment and is never used to train models. On Custom you can deploy Teramot inside your own AWS account — your data never leaves your perimeter.
Do I need a technical team?
No. Teramot detects and understands your systems on its own. Initial setup averages 40 minutes.
Which AI models does it work with?
Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Gemini (Google) natively via MCP, plus any model that supports the protocol.
What if I exceed Storage or Processing?
We'll warn you before billing any overage. You can upgrade or adjust usage. No surprises.
What if I need more users?
On Starter and Growth you add extra users at USD 10/month each, charged for the full month. A seat renews while someone uses it; if it is free at renewal, it is removed on its own. On Custom they are negotiated.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime. If you downgrade, you keep what's left of the prepaid period.
